Fixes:
* Dashboard – fixed the problem with skipping idle periods in the case of the GHP-session playback.
* Dashboard – enabled the export of full session video (idle segments are not skipped) of GPH sessions.

Notes:
This build remedies a problems with playback of sessions recorded with WVD recorder with clients using multiple monitors. Export of these types of sessions was enabled after being previously disable in the prior build.
