Fixes:
* Storage Server – only the main server instance can perform old session purging
* Dashboard – hid the session purge configuration form when the read-only storage server connection is configured
* Dashboard – fixed the problem with the session table on session page loading

Improvements:
* Storage Server and MS SQL/PostgreSQL schemas – added triggers to change the “don’t purge” attribute of seekmap-streams synchronously with GPH-streams.
* Dashboard – added a message about inaccessibility of the database purge settings because of a read-only storage connection
* Dashboard – the database purge settings are available for a user that has the ‘manage config’ rights
