* Dashboard – disabled the export of full session video (idle segments are not skipped) of GPH sessions.

Notes:
This build remedies several problems with sessions displayed in Dashboard. The WVD recorder was improved to reduce non-video producing segments such as blank frames that were causing undue stress to the storage databases. This caused delays in new sessions being displayed in Dashboard during busy times.
