Notes:
This build fixes two problems introduced with WVD Recorder. The first manifested as a licensing leak with server user licenses not being returned to the pool and reserve lics being exhausted. The second problem occurred under heavy load where sessions were not being closed out gracefully resulting in short or missing sessions.
