Problems with Installation
Product will not install
Installation program reports an error:

  1. Do not install from the zip file
  2. Make sure you are using a supported version of Windows
  3. The installer needs Microsoft.Net Framework v3.51 or higher
  4. The user account needs rights to install and create services
  5. There are global policies preventing installation of programs by the local administrator account
  6. There is end point protection or smart firewall software preventing installation
Configuration retained or lost
The configuration files are located in c:\ProgramData\TSFactory.

  • Delete the TSFactory folder to completely remove all configuration settings for ALL products (not recommended)
  • Delete the pertinent subfolder of TSFactory to remove that product's configuration settings.
  • If you simply install over the existing installation, the old settings should be retained.
