Problems with Playing Sessions
WebPlayer says "caching"
  1. This is normal. The WebPlayer is busy converting stored session to video.
  2. If the user is still logged on (live) then the session will remain caching while there is new data being streamed.
  3. Very long sessions will take some time to cache.
Session navigation controls are dead
  1. Navigation controls are disabled while viewing "Live".
  2. If the session is still caching, then the navigation controls will be disabled.
  3. If problems still exists after terminating the session, contact support.
