Problems with Configuration
License Server will not authenticate
- Local firewall is not configured properly
- Outer network firewall is not configured to allow connections to cla-tsfactory.com on port 27280
- License Server needs to be manually authorized at customer's online account
- License serice has not been properly configured with Subscription ID
- Subscription has expired or been disabled
- You have given it enough time to update itself. It can take up to 5 minutes to update.
Configuration retained or lost
The configuration files are located in c:\ProgramData\TSFactory.
- Delete the TSFactory folder to completely remove all configuration settings for ALL products (not recommended)
- Delete the pertinent subfolder of TSFactory to remove that product's configuration settings.
- If you simply install over the existing installation, the old settings should be retained.
