TSFactory Partner Program
Our Partner Program is targeted towards those who have a drive to sell quality software solutions to companies of all sizes. Our program benefits vary depending on the level of sales you achieve. We offer specific product training and support to help you move to each level. Learn more about the benefits from becoming a partner.
The TSFactory Partner Program offers three program levels:
Silver Level Partner: This is our entry-level program. As soon as your application is accepted you will become an authorized Silver Level Partner which includes product discounts, leads, sales and technical training.
Gold Level Partner: This is the level for partners who sell our products on a regular basis. Partners at this level will receive larger product discounts, qualified leads, NFR license eligibility, and more.
Platinum Level Partner: This is the level for partners who actively sell and promote our software and who meet sales requirements set by sales manager. Partners at this level will receive greater product discounts, a listing on our website, marketing development funds, and much more.
Silver Level Partner:
This is the first step in growing a partner relationship with TSFactory. Partners accepted into the Partner Program begin at this level to help familiarize them with our products and processes. Silver Level Partners receive the following benefits:

- Free Sales and Technical Training
- Advanced Product Notifications
- Participation in Partner Sales Contests
- Priority Sales and Technical Support Access to Sales Tools
- Monthly Partner Newsletters
- Benefit from our Marketing Efforts
Gold Level Partner:
Partners are promoted to this level after demonstrating success and expertise in representing and delivering TSFactory programs and a promise to a higher-level financial achievement is met. Gold Level Partners receive the following benefits:
- Receive all the benefits of a Silver Level Partner plus
- Participation in NFR License Program*
- Beta Testing Eligibility
- Qualified Leads
- Dedicated Sales Representative
Platinum Partner:
This level is by-invitation-only from the Channel Manager for partners who exceed the goals and expectations of both the Silver and Gold Level Partners and are committed to moving into a strategic relationship with TSFactory. Platinum Level Partners receive the following benefits:
- Receive all Sathe benefits of a Silver and Gold Level Partner plus
- Access to Co-op Marketing Development Funds
- A Listing on our Website
- A Dedicated Sales and Support Representative
Partner Program Requirements
The CNS Partner Program enables you to provide your customers with valuable network management and security tools. These tools will help your customers save time.
* Participation in the NFR License Program will only be renewed as long as you continue to make sales for TSFactory. If after 6 months, you have not made any sales, then you will no longer be eligible to participate in the NFR License Program and you should discontinue using any NFR licenses you currently have.
