So your users want to work from home. Or your sales force wants to access their workstations while on the road. How do you know what they are doing on their systems while they are out of the office?

With RecordTS, a Remote Desktop recording solution, you can monitor what every user or administrator is doing while logged into a Windows Workstation with Remote Desktop enabled. RecordTS will record RDP and ICA. Simply install the RecordTS Recording Agent or Recorder onto the workstation and all remote session activity will be recorded for later playback. You will be able to review anything that occured on their systems while they were remotely logged into their workstations.

NOTE: For larger installations where you would like to have the recording files automatically managed for you, purchase Enterprise Manager for this purpose. Enterprise Manager can be configured to move recording files off the workstations to permanent storage where they can be archived and secured from tampering, etc.
