Electronic Delivery Details

Software Products: (including manuals)

You can download the products and the manuals from our website (product downloads include the manuals).
They are fully functional and are available for testing for 30 days, after which time they will require a license to continue usage.

Licenses:

If you ordered using our website:

Our product licenses are delivered to you electronically via email.

First time buyers will receive three emails:

  1. Your online customer account information that was created for you
  2. An order confirmation that is a copy of your online invoice
  3. The licenses that you ordered (if applicable)

Returning buyers will receive only two emails:

  1. An order confirmation that is a copy of your online invoice
  2. The licenses that you ordered (if applicable)

Once your online account is created you may log in any time to view/print your orders, print invoices, etc.
